Agenda for Dec. 7, 2021, Annual Member Meeting
Here is the agenda for our annual business meeting from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at The Omni Hotel Dallas, Fair Park 1 (Third Level). This meeting will then be followed by am open media/community roundtable meeting, and a social hour.
Nominating Committee’s Proposed Slate of Board Members and 2022 Officers
During our Dec. 7, 2021, Annual Member meeting, 24HourDallas members will vote on this slate of 2022 board officers and new additions to the Board of Directors.

DRAFT Board Minutes Jan. 27, 2022
Board Secretary Laura Claydon drafted these minutes of the Jan. 27, 2022 meeting of the 24HourDallas Board of Directors. These will be reviewed and approved at the Arp. 28, 2022 meeting of the board.
Three-Year Strategic Plan
At its July 2021 meeting, the 24HourDallas Board of Directors adopted a three-year strategic plan. Directions Consulting Group provided its services pro bono, working with the board’s Governance and Nominating Committee to craft this document.

Confidentiality Policy and Agreement
At its August 26, 2021 meeting, the Executive Committee adopted a Confidentiality Agreement to be signed and upheld by 24HourDallas board members, Advisory Council members, committee members, and staff/contractors for the duration of their service or employment.

24HourDallas 501(c)(3) Letter of Determination
The Internal Revenue Service has determined that 24HourDallas is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization. Donations to 24HourDallas are tax-deductible.
Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
Your company may need this document in order to make a corporate contribution to 24HourDallas.
24HourDallas Federal Employer Identification Number
The Internal Revenue Service has assigned a FEIN (Federal Employee Identification Number) to 24HourDallas.
IRS Form 990-N for Calendar Year 2020
24HourDallas was incorporated and received its 501(c)(3) status from the IRS during 2020. Form 990-N is the tax return for tax-exempt organizations whose gross receipts are $50,000 or less.
